At present, the ECSS has ten congregations in South Sudan as well as three congregations in the refugee camps in the Yumbe district in western Uganda. In South Sudan, our congregations are in former Torit and Budi counties of Eastern Equatoria.

People from different religions have come to the Lord through ECSS and Christians from different denominations jointly worship together as a Body of Christ. Currently, the church has over 3,500 registered full members with their ministers and evangelists. Only two of these church leaders have had that which could be considered adequate training. We are hoping to train the remaining leaders in the future.
